By downloading or using the Myyol app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Myyol is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or interfere with its operation. You must be at least 13 years old to use Myyol.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Myyol offers optional Premium subscriptions billed through Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS) when available. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All content, features, and functionality within Myyol — including quit-smoking tools, graphics, and software — are owned by Rothzerg Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Myyol provides tools and motivation to support your quit-smoking journey, but it is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified health professional before making changes to your smoking cessation plan, especially if you use nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rothzerg Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Myyol. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Myyol at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Myyol after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
